Our Story

A Miami marine contractor, focused on one thing.

Seawall Repair Miami exists because waterfront homeowners in Miami-Dade deserve a specialist, not a general home-services company that also "does" seawalls between roofing jobs.

How we got here.

South Florida's seawalls are aging. The majority of private residential walls in Miami-Dade were built between the 1960s and the 1990s, designed for a sea level and a storm regime that no longer match reality. We started Seawall Repair Miami after watching too many homeowners get bad advice: "rip it out and start over" when a 25,000 dollar polyurethane and helical repair would have done the same job; or worse, "patch the cracks and you'll be fine" when the underlying tieback was already compromised.

Our crew has more than a decade of marine construction experience across the Florida coast. We have repaired more than 600 linear feet of seawall in a single year, worked under hurricane warnings, dewatered failed walls in three hours, and pulled tiebacks that had been corroded down to the diameter of a pencil. That experience taught us two things. First, every Miami seawall failure has a specific root cause, and identifying it is more valuable than any product or method. Second, the only way to deliver consistently is to specialize. Seawalls and the structures that protect them are the only work we accept.

What we stand for.

Honest inspection findings. Our underwater inspections come back with photos, measurements, and a written recommendation. If repair is the right call, we say so even when replacement would be a bigger contract. If replacement is the right call, we explain why and quote it both ways.

Engineered solutions, not catalog ones. Every project gets sized: tieback spacing calculated for actual soil conditions, polyurethane volume estimated from void measurement, helical depth set by torque-to-capacity correlation. We do not assume the manufacturer's brochure numbers apply to oolitic limestone.

Written warranty terms. 10 years transferable on polyurethane void fill. 25 years on helical pile anchoring. 5 years on cap restoration. 10 years on new construction. Terms are on the contract before you sign.

Permits and ordinance compliance included. We design every project to current code, including the Miami Beach July 2025 5.7 ft NAVD ordinance. You do not face a 250 to 500 dollar per day enforcement risk because we did not bother reading the rules.
